He didn’t even look over at me, just kept looking sad, staring off into the woods. After a brief silence, Pete, in an apparent delayed reaction to my comment that started the whole conversation, stated, “It must be hard to have to sit down to pee all the time.”
I simply replied, “Not really.”
Pete then added, “Well, all I have to do is unbutton my pants and pull down my underwear, you have to pull your pants and underwear all the way down.”
I didn’t know what kind of response he was looking for, so I just shrugged.
